By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

1. General

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer") and Yammie's House. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page.

2. Products & Descriptions

We take great care to accurately represent all products sold on our website, including photographs, descriptions, and specifications. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current. Natural hair products may vary slightly in color, texture, and density from batch to batch due to the inherent nature of raw, unprocessed human hair. These variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for a return or exchange.

All hair is 100% raw or virgin human hair sourced from single donors unless otherwise stated. We make no guarantees regarding how individual results will vary based on personal hair care practices, chemical treatments, or styling habits.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Yammie's House reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including after payment has been processed, if we suspect fraud, unauthorized use of payment methods, or any violation of these Terms. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

By submitting your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the billing information you supply is accurate and complete.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing times vary and are communicated at the time of purchase. Yammie's House is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. Shipping estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, and no refund or replacement will be issued in such cases.

5. All Sales Are Final

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of hair products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on any opened hair products under any circumstances.

Unopened, unaltered items in their original packaging may be considered for store credit only within 5 business days of delivery. To initiate this process, you must contact us at support@yammieshouseofhair.com with your order number and reason for the request. Approval is not guaranteed and is made entirely at our discretion.

The following conditions automatically void any consideration for store credit:

• Hair has been removed from its weft or packaging
• Hair has been washed, conditioned, or treated with any product
• Hair has been cut, colored, bleached, permed, or chemically altered in any way
• Hair has been installed, worn, or tried on
• More than 5 business days have passed since delivery
• Item was purchased during a sale or promotional event
• Original packaging, tags, or seals have been removed or tampered with

6. Appointments & Services

Appointment bookings are made through our third-party scheduling platform, Acuity Scheduling. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.
• No-shows will be charged the full service fee and will be required to prepay in full for any future bookings.
• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. Deposits may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment if rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
• Results may vary based on individual hair type, condition, and maintenance. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from any service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, photographs, product descriptions, and design — is the exclusive property of Yammie's House and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or use any content from this website without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yammie's House, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services, including but not limited to hair damage, allergic reactions, or dissatisfaction with results. It is your sole responsibility to perform a patch test before using any product and to follow all care instructions provided.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yammie's House and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our website, products, or services, or your violation of these Terms.

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law
